Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer has always wanted to become a multi-tasking celeb. Growing up she played a myriad of musical styles, including Afro-Caribbean rhythms like salsa, merengue and the bachata as well as mainstream music like hip-hop, pop and R&B. Music was her passion, but she was equally intrigued by the film industry. The biggest influence on her was Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. In addition to being an performer Jennifer is also a Catholic girl who spent eight years of an Catholic elementary school known as Holy Family, located in The Bronx, before graduating at an all-girls pre-school, Preston High School after the four-year period. Jennifer performed well in the sports department during her time at school, and was a champion in track and field as well as tennis. In the Castle Hill neighbourhood was her place of residence for the bulk of her life. Jennifer was forced to leave her house at age was 18 and moved in with her family. Lopez started working for a legal firm during the day and took up dance jobs at night.
